When it's time to sell your home and relocate, you need someone who will not just advertise your home, show it to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract with you, help find the best finance options, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. With me you also get a fiduciary;  someone that will listen to you to better understand your unique situation. Only then can I serve you in the best capacity possible.

Preparing your home for the market is critical. Look to me to give you honest direction on what needs to be done to get your home ready for showings.  I can assist in making your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things, like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls, can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast. I don't just put a sign in the yard and hope for the best. Proper marketing of your home, as if it were my own, is essential. To recap; here are a few things you can expect from my marketing efforts:

  • Collaboration on current market factors and how best to present your home to get you the best price.
  • I use top quality, realistic, professional photos placed on the MLS and other key real estate websites.
